I can hardly believe it’s been three months.
When I think about the early days of Quin’s life . . . what a huge adjustment it was to have a new baby and to get NO sleep . . . it seems like MUCH longer than three months. But when I think about the last couple of months and how quickly the days with my sweet angel just fly by, it seems like just yesterday that I first saw his beautiful face.
It’s official, world: I am in love with this guy.
Quin is an absolute delight and I love being his mother! Each day he gets sweeter, funnier, stronger, and smarter and it’s an absolute miracle to witness! Motherhood is so much greater than I ever expected and Quin is a greater blessing than I ever though possible.
Fun things Quin is doing these days:
1 ) Smiling CONSTANTLY. 
2 ) Cooing and oohing and ahhing and screeching - all day long!
3 ) Rolling over - okay, only once (today - hooray!) - for the first time.
4 ) Picking up toys and moving them from one hand to the other.
5 ) Showing a major preference for the outdoors . . . he loves put his bare hands and feet in the grass.
6 ) Responding to our faces and voices.
7 ) Putting everything in his mouth and drooling like crazy! Those teeth - they are ‘a comin’!
8 ) Sleeping really well at night - yippee!!
I’m trying to commit to doing a portrait session each month of Quin’s first year because I know how quickly he’s going to grow and I don’t want to forget a thing! Here are a few of my favorite pictures from Quin’s 3 Month portrait session . . .
